~~ An Antique Reproduction ~~

Sarah Platt filled her sweet sampler with rows of alphabets, various horizontal bands, a crown, hearts, flowers and folky motifs.  “Sarah Platt’s Work” and “April 11, 1811” are also worked into the design.  Stitched in muted golds, terra cotta, green and purple to capture the faded colors on the front of Sarah’s work.

Marigolds are one of my favorite flowers, so I’ve taken the liberty of creating a pinkeep using the motifs at the bottom of Sarah’s sampler with a slightly brighter palette.  You get charts for both projects!

Stitched on 36 count R&R Reproductions Ligonier Latte linen over one and two linen threads.  Threads used include The Gentle Arts and Weeks Dye Works.  Pattern includes color photo, professional cross stitch charts for both projects, DMC alternates, and instructions for hemming and making a pinkeep.

Stitch counts: Sampler – 102w x 151h; Pinkeep 101w x 57h.

After purchase, you will find your e-patterns under My Account > Downloads.

********PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased this pattern prior to 9/04/18, there is a typo in the number for the WDW thread color "Olive" on the back of the cover. The floss # is 2211, not 2111. My sincerest apologies! If you purchased the e-pattern, I have uploaded a corrected file and you can login to your account and reprint the pattern.**********
