For your convenience, I accept personal checks and PayPal payments. Items paid with a personal check may be held until check clears bank. Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Orders may be placed via the following methods:
Secure online ordering through PayPal using the Mal's e-commerce shopping cart (simply click the "Order" button next to an item).
Email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include item descriptions(s), quantity, your shipping address and your preferred method of payment (personal check or PayPal). I will confirm your order and total due via email and include payment info if paying via check. If you would like me to send you a PayPal invoice, please include the email address you use with PayPal.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. While most orders are shipped Priority Mail, I reserve the right to choose the most economical method of shipping (large or heavy boxes may be shipped parcel post or FedEx). Shipping charges calculated using online ordering apply to destinations within the U.S.
International orders are welcome, but please email me at email@example.com and I'll calculate your shipping costs. Custom and duty charges are the customer's responsibility. Packages will be sent Priority Mail International so they can be tracked unless customer requests First Class International Mail rate.
Sales tax is charged on all orders with shipping destinations in Wisconsin.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance! I accept returns on most items within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, I regret that I cannot accept returns or exchanges on patterns. Shipping charges are not refundable.
