Order Information

For your convenience, I accept personal checks and PayPal payments. Items paid with a personal check may be held until check clears bank. Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Orders may be placed via the following methods:

Online

Secure online ordering through PayPal using the Mal's e-commerce shopping cart (simply click the "Order" button next to an item).

Email

Email your order to pineberrylane@hotmail.com. Include item descriptions(s), quantity, your shipping address and your preferred method of payment (personal check or PayPal). I will confirm your order and total due via email and include payment info if paying via check. If you would like me to send you a PayPal invoice, please include the email address you use with PayPal.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. While most orders are shipped Priority Mail, I reserve the right to choose the most economical method of shipping (large or heavy boxes may be shipped parcel post). Shipping charges calculated using online ordering apply to destinations within the U.S.

International orders are welcome, but please email me at pineberrylane@hotmail.com and I'll calculate your shipping costs. Custom and duty charges are the customer's responsibility. Packages will be sent Priority Mail International so they can be tracked unless customer requests First Class International Mail rate.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 5.1% is charged on all orders placed within Wisconsin.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance! I accept returns on most items within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, I regret that I cannot accept returns or exchanges on patterns due to copyright laws. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Pineberry Lane respects your privacy. I do not sell, rent, or give your personal information to anyone.
